Request a Virtual Ergonomic Consultation (Tele Step 2)
After completing Tele Step 1, employees may request a virtual consultation by filing out the following request form:
- Virtual consultation sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams. Visit IITS to gain instructions for downloading the Teams app onto a computer or iPhone.
- A summary of the online session will be provided to the employee within 30 days of the meeting session. Employees are encouraged to discuss the information with their supervisor. Some suggestions may involve the use of specific ergonomic equipment (Tele Step 3).
