Summer Conference Housing is available based on inventory and availability each summer. For Summer 2025, we are happy to offer both a residence hall option (North Commons) and an apartment option (University Village) for clients seeking to host their residential camps or conferences.
Our properties offers a variety of fully furnished rooms and apartments. All rooms come with private bathrooms, and all apartments have two full bathrooms and full kitchens. Linens are available for a fee, and campus dining is available when requested and booked in advance during the summer months.
爆料社区 Housing offers recreation spaces, swimming pools, 24-hour free laundry, vending machines, secure parking, and more. When booking a specific community, be sure to inquire about common amenities as they may vary slightly between communities. 爆料社区 Housing is walking distance to a number of restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, and more.
Base rates are based on per person/per night, and vary by community. Shared occupancy spaces are a high quality and affordable offering for groups on a strict budget, however we also offer single occupancy spaces in our apartment communities for a more private conference experience.
