Data Requests

±¬ÁÏÉçÇø’s Office of Institutional Planning & Analysis (IP&A), in partnership with IITS, provides numerous opportunities to explore campus data about our staff, faculty, and students. We invite you to browse through the dashboards and reports readily available in the Campus Data section of our website, and through the . We are continuously working to improve our stakeholders’ experience by proactively publishing data that can be useful for campus decision making.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you may request data or consultation with our team through the portal below. We’ll review each request carefully and prioritize it based on current resources, available data, and department workload to ensure the best possible solution. Data requests are not accepted via email.

Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for us to review, assign, and fulfill your request. Note that some requests are more complicated and take longer to fulfill.

What to Expect:

  • Log In: Please log in to RaDAR below using your ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø employee credentials.
  • Review Process: Once we receive your request, a senior team member will review it and consult with appropriate data authorities and subject matter experts, if needed.
  • Communication: We’ll keep in touch via email to assist you with your request.
  • Delivery: If your request is accepted, you’ll receive your requested data in the form of a spreadsheet, table, graph, narrative report, or PeopleSoft query, depending on your needs. Personally identifiable data will be permission-restricted.

    All requests must adhere to guidelines set forth by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other laws and policies that govern information privacy and security.
