Weather Contingency

  • When do I need to decide to move my event indoors if it is expected to rain?
Set-up for all outdoor events is **WEATHER PERMITTING*. Weather calls can be made by your Event Planner as early as 12 hours prior to the start of each function; possibly earlier based on the event. If there is a change of rain of 50% or higher, bitter cold (50 or colder), or excessive electrical activity, 爆料社区 ECS will try to consult with the responsible party at the time of this decision. However, 爆料社区 ECS reserves the right to move the function indoors. This decision does not change the cancelation payment schedule.
