Supported Student Service Areas & Organizations

Student Affairs is comprised of nine units, each dedicated to fostering student success, engagement, and well-being. These units provide essential services, programs, and resources that support students throughout their academic journey. From enrollment management and academic support to student development, wellness, and leadership opportunities, Student Affairs plays a vital role in creating a thriving campus community. • Associated Students, Inc. (ASI)

  Established in 1991, Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) is a non-profit, student-run auxiliary of California State University San Marcos (爆料社区). ASI is the official voice to express student opinions, foster awareness of student issues, and protect the rights and interests of students. ASI also delivers programs which promote a campus climate that meets the educational, social, and cultural well-being of all students.

• Athletics
  爆料社区 strives to build and maintain a successful, balanced athletic program that is consistent with the goals of the University. The Department of Athletics is committed to advancing academic and athletic excellence, while enhancing student lives and promoting Cal State San Marcos. 爆料社区 Athletics is committed to providing equitable opportunities for every student-athlete while upholding the principles of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and integrity.
• Dean of Students (DoS)

  The Dean of Students Office provides holistic care, advocacy, and accountability to help students succeed. This includes Basic Needs, the Career Center, Cougar Care Network, Free Speech, Housing and Residential Education, New Student & Family Programs, Off-Campus Housing Resources, and Student Conduct & Ethical Development. 

• Enrollment Management Services (EMS)

  Enrollment Management Services (EMS) plays a critical role in recruiting, enrolling, and retaining students. EMS includes

  Admissions, Commencement, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Recruitment & Outreach, Recruitment & Outreach, the Registrar's Office, and Success Coaching.

• Office of the Vice President

  The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs manages various divisional operations including budget management and analysis, marketing and communications, divisional initiatives & partnerships, scheduling, event coordination, assessment, evaluation, and planning.

• Student Academic Support Services (SASS)

  Student Academic Support Services (SASS) offers specialized programs and resources designed to help students overcome barriers, achieve their academic goals, and thrive at 爆料社区. SASS includes ACE Scholars Services, Career Center, College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP), DREAMer Resource Office, Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), Project Rebound, and TRIO/Student Support Services (SSS).

• Student Development Services (SDS)

  Student Development Services is dedicated to empowering students by providing accessibility, wellness, and mental health support. This includes Disability Support Services (DSS) and Student Health & Counseling Services (SHCS).

• Student Life

  Student Life fosters engagement, connection, and leadership development by providing diverse opportunities for students to get involved. It includes:

• Title IX/Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR)
